Most watches marketed as "water resistant" are built to survive a splash, not an actual swim. This one is different, a screw-down crown and a screw-down case back seal the movement the same way a real dive watch does, backing up the 100m rating instead of just printing it on the dial. Wash your hands, swim, dive off a boat, it's built to handle all of it without a second thought.
None of that comes at the cost of looking the part on dry land. The 316L steel case carries a brushed and polished finish, and the domed mineral crystal with a blue anti-reflective coating keeps the dial legible from an angle, not just straight on. It's a watch that works as hard in the water as it does at the desk the next morning.
