How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Standard delivery takes 7–11 business days after that, and shipping is free on all US orders.
What if I need to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn, unused item in its original packaging. Just email support@shopnoxwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Instead of a direct exchange, we ask you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. This is actually the faster route: your replacement order ships right away instead of waiting on an exchange to be processed first.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size details on the product page before ordering, they're specific to that item. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still not sure? Email us at support@shopnoxwell.com with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. Duties and import costs are already built into the price you pay at checkout, for both US and international orders. There's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
Yes, every order includes a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email support@shopnoxwell.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
